<body> <p>LUXURY HOLIDAY HOMES at REASONABLE RATES SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION for 2/3PEOPLE DESCRIPTION Situated in the beautiful countryside of the Tamar Valley, just 6 miles from the bridge at Saltash, Trefenten was for centuries a farm, but now is a family home standing in almost 4 acres of grounds. It is well placed for visiting the coast and moors, and several National Trust properties and other attractions, including the Eden Project. The barn, rebuilt about 1985, then refurbished to a high standard in 1999, is split into two holiday homes. Each has its own front door and parking space on opposite sides of the building, so ensuring privacy. Parking is off-road, within the grounds, and directly beside the front door for security. UpAlong sleeps 3 people and DownAlong sleeps 2. In addition there are sofa beds in the living rooms. One well-behaved small to medium sized dog is welcome by prior arrangement. Children over the age of 5 years are also welcome. We regret that due to the water gardens and the extreme gradients in parts of the grounds posing a hazard to very young children, we only accept visitors over 5 years, and must emphasize that their safety is their parents’ responsibility. The proprietor lives on the premises in the old farmhouse and takes great pride in supervising the quality of the accommodation and ensuring guests have as pleasant and comfortable stay as possible. The cottages have LPGas-fired central heating, electricity and mains water - all of which is included in the price. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS TO PAY FOR. All linen is provided. The beds have duvets. THE HOMES ARE ALSO EQUIPPED WITH MANY ITEMS YOU DO NOT NORMALLY FIND IN SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION such as washing up liquid, aluminium foil, cling film, cleaning materials - a more complete list can be found in AMENITIES. There are several good places to eat locally, to suit most tastes and all pockets. The closest is the village pub a mile away, which serves both excellent bar food and also has a restaurant A comprehensive list is provided in each home, together with full instructions about the various appliances, local knowledge and a large amount of tourist leaflets so you can choose where you would like to visit during your stay. As we are so close to Devon and to Plymouth there is a wide choice of local attractions. The closest supermarket is Waitrose, which you pass at Saltash services roundabout on the A38, 4 miles before reaching Trefenten. </p> </body>
